Untamed (Netflix). A snoozefest, that makes even the spectacular scenery look boring. Full of cliches and tropes, wooden performances, nonsensical plot and errors. Gave up mid episode 2.

Twisted Metal (TVNZ). Season 1 was stupid fun. Season 2 is just stupid.

I watched the first 3 seasons and went looking for the 4th. I thought I'd watched it on either TVNZ+ or Three Now, but I can't find it on either now. Where did you watch it?

For a 10 episode season they've fit in quite a few storylines. I was wondering how they were going to wrap everything up with only 2 episodes to go and was dreading a Game of Thrones rushed wrap-up but I have to say they nailed it.

The Sherriff and Deputy need their own spinoff!

There's rumours of a movie.

When did Season 4 come out? I assume it's a local stream you've seen it on?

It was originally released in 2008 with 5 seasons till 2013. Earned 9.5 IMDb and 96% RT. I have the box set and gave it a 9 in IMDb.

At the time it held the record for the highest number of TV show awards across all categories. It held the highest rating TV show in IMDb till about 2023..

It is a fabulous show and the two main characters, Aaron Paul and especially Bryan Cranston of "Malcolm In the Middle" fame, this show really made them famous.

So great for you to finally catch up 😀.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

I saw on IMDB Season 4 was screening now, and that's when I realised I missed Season 3 entirely, and neither 3 or 4 were available on TVNZ. In fact, Resident Alien 1 and 2 disappeared from TVNZ now too. Disappointing.

I rewatched S1 of Twisted Metal and started S2. I had high hopes, and it's entertaining, but I can already see it's going to go downhill.

Yup - I know I am very late to the party - hence my very tongue-in-Crystal-Meth post about no spoilers...

I am only now starting it because I discovered it's leaving Neon soon and I wanted to make sure I saw it before I couldn't find it again.
I understand that Better Call Saul is also a good offshoot of this, so that'll be my next mission when I have binged all of the seasons of this.

I was the same with Game of Thrones - I was wandering about casually stating that Winter was Coming, while most people were 7 seasons ahead of me and couldn't understand why I was so interested in Ned Stark, as he'd been dead for years!

I watched 2 seasons of breaking bad hoping it would get better but it's just not my cup of tea. Life is too short to watch TV you don't vibe with. Sopranos and the wire were the same.
