Unfortunately she (Margaret) is not the only kiwi lady (most probably lonely) who has this kind of attitude. I met many "Margarets" who were/are rental agent, property agent, building manager, small business owner, etc. They are all around the same age (40-50) and they are all terrible. What a coincidence. :)

I is a kollege stoodent. Bee nice.

I suspect her buisiness won't last long now.. unless of course she can ride on the coat-tails of the other famous 'rude' chef, Gordon Ramsay ;)

She must be soooooo angry, and fuming sooooo much, and probably will NEVER admit it, but is probably really regretting saying the things she did...

Maybe she needs to take a long holiday and let it blow over. Also because nothing bad was said about her and her
Business what legal avenues does she really have ? Could she sue the other person for forward the email on to a friend ?

Interesting.

Ironic now she is spending money on a lawyer compared with the cost of being polite = $0.

Hmmm - when my mum told me to "always be polite, it costs nothing" suddenly has a lot more meanig.
