Geektastic: OK - here's my office.

It's a mess - but the view is great!

It's just a jpeg!

How do I insert it into the post?

Go to www.tinypic.com and host it there, easiest way by far I reckon :)

tonyhughes: Logitech MX5500 bluetooth desktop FTW. Best mouse and kb I have ever used - period.

I've been looking for a good wireless/bluetooth desktop to replace my IRRITATING, 2 month old Microsoft wireless Laser Desktop 6000 (horrible, horrible thing). Saw this post and immediately put an order in for the MX5500.

I've only had it a day but have to agree with Tony - best mouse and keyboard I've used too. What's more, the keyboard tells me the current ambient temperature!

Wow, this topic is oddly similar to the 'show off your desktop' thread on another forum I use. (Maybe we'll do that next ;-))

Anyway, here are some photo's I have taken of my "base of operations".
One is quite blury. Blame apple for not including image stabilisation in the iPhone.

Oh, and sorry about the sizes. Didn't have time to resize them properly.

And here's the whole room:

I mostly use the laptop there for my programming work, the larger one is used for gamin/heavy duty things.

Yes, it is messy. Deal with it!

Truth be told we tidied it just before the photo but it only took us a minute or two, we like to keep it relatively tidy in case we need to bring customers in. ONE of the sci fi things is in the bookshelf, thats an action figure of "The Doctor" from the episode "The Satan Pit", there are three other sci fi objects in the office somewhere as well :D
