Hi just wondering if anyone has experience on this matter.

Bought an item (3rd party, "fulfilled by Amazon").

After reaching NZ and clearing customs (acc to GWUI) it was immediately returned to sender because of damaged packaging.

What happens next?

I get a refund after a few months/they send me another one after a few weeks/other?
