Maybe it perfroms better than a real chromecast?  I got a legit chromecast 2nd gen and the POS can't handle a bitrate over 15Mbit. 



They dont, mine has constant frame drops and even the frame cadence is wrong playing 30 fps stuff which really screws the tv up. 60fps and it has massive frame drop too. 


Probably because the preinstalled malware is taking up most of the processing load

Well after researching Ecomerz Pro using Google Fu I've no doubt these people are professional scammers, the guy who sold me the Counterfeit Chrome Cast (CCC) on TradeMe likely got burned.

 

He claims he had no idea it was fake and I believe him. Hopefully he can provide evidence linking the CCC purchase to Ecomerz Pro, if so I intend to contact Google.LLC

 

 

 

 

 

Aliexpress lists an Ecomerz Pro store active less than 8mths.
