Eva888: OMG sorry! 170 Celsius or 350F

That's exactly the sort of mistake I would make.

Once I tried to make my mum's famous apple sponge top pudding, but failed to tell the difference between bake and grill.

No one has since reproduced my apple sponge top flambe!

Hmm, turns out 4 chops dont fit in the air fryer, so its off to the oven for them.

I do them just on bake, and in the center of the oven. Next time you try them, buy shoulder chops. They come out succulent. I think the mix would also be nice with boneless chicken thighs.

After all this, I just hope they turn out nice for you.

OMG that was delicious.

And Himself had seconds, even though he is on a diet and hasn't had seconds in years!

Thank you @eva888 for the recipe, and I encourage all other GZers to give it a go.

If I can do it, any one can.

Wow! Bravo. Am so pleased they turned out and himself also approved. It’s our absolute favourite. They look crispy too which my oven doesn’t seem to manage probably because I use the lower oven of the two. Do try it with shoulder chops if you want to impress guests they turn out incredibly moist and tender and easy when preparing the hard part ahead.

The kitchen did look frightful at one stage!

I used panko crumbs, which were a bit crispy.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

The green and orange things were edible after a liberal dousing of cheese sauce.
