I wonder where a (potential) Wellington outlet would go? Not a lot of flat land left there.

In Wellington, that tunnel has water pipes running through it.

There's a giant warehouse in Churton Park

I never understood who uses it. Local Lions club asked to use parking lot for temporary storage of Christmas parade.

The owners were worried about security.
