I tried my first batch a couple of weeks ago - a lot stronger taste than I thought it would be. Pretty nice though. They mean it about letting the pressure out of the bottles slowly though - my first one went all over the place.

 

In my second batch, I used a tiny amount more than 2 litres, and split it over three 750 ml homebrew bottles, which worked perfectly.

 

Agreed - that fizz is not screwing around! Taste was great, maybe not quite as sweet as I was expecting, but very nice.

Pineapple one less so, not a huge fan, but it's drinkable.

A pity they have gone out of business, would have added the ginger beer to the rotation definitely.
