Nah, the large real motorola one is quite usable, still has issues with the reception from a phone in a pocket tho, but thats all the "10m" range stuff's problem.

I know what it is like to be ripped off through trademe, so thought I'll do my bit. It's becoming very hard to trust anything on Trademe it's not the website it use to be.

Downside is nobody is attempting to either move or fix the problem.

Heh. Totally avoided the question.... So I posted another one asking them to clarify on the answer!

Man, this kind of stuff really annoys me. With a name like 'Liu', the guy is Chinese. So many counterfeit products come out of there now, and so many trying to rip people off.
It really sucks, because that, and the way their government is now, gives a really bad impression, and they've got such a rich cultural history and a strong sense of honour in the past, like in the Dynasty era. Only to have image blown away by a few greedy types.

i would've thought he needs to be nailed, along with the rest of the scum ... i mean scammers - surely with the bank account, the police can be set on him?

the other option, like others have already suggested - let nokia know! perhaps they might even 'buy' it off you heh heh

The picture they posted is the fake packaging, same as the ones I got sold. I would say all of the ones on TradeMe are fake. Notice some of them claim to be OEM and don't come with packaging!!

Just to go a little OT, but I just had a first happen on TM...

I was selling an item that I bought around 7 weeks ago (after it had outlived its purpose), and I just had the real owner approach me to say its stolen, and to return it before he calls the police.

So does this 100% give me the right for demanding a full refund from the seller, plus deserve me changing my feedback to them to red? After all I'm now out of pocket for the item and shipping.
