Because they dont want the common riffraff calling it.

Hell, they get pissy at me giving them the login for the business account and then asking about something on my personal one. They need to have a top buyers who get free phone support too.

The 0800 number is an added benefit for the "Top Sellers", so they'd not be keen on everyone else having that number too. So I'm not surprised it gets removed.

Curious to know what happens when you do ring it - if they check if you're qualified to be ringing that number rather than the 0900 number. Has anyone run the 0800 before?

Many times to discuss bulk fee refunds when we offered combined shipping. People would buy now on many many things and then not respond to the emails with the total.

i did not realize their only support contact was a 0900 number, which is ridiculous. Their fees are bad enough now.

Go right down the bottom of TM page, click on 'Contact us' - 'business or media enquiries' - then click on the 'Send us your business or media enquiries' tab - A window will be available where you can type your complaint etc., Your get an answer by email within 24 hrs from a TM staff member.

Worst Response To A Crisis:
From a readers' Q and A column in TV GUIDE: "If we get involved in a nuclear war, would the electromagnetic pulses from exploding bombs damage my videotapes?"

Why would you send a business or media enquiry tho?

Cause it gives the only option where you can type and send, its not a problem for TM as members do it all the time its well known as a shortcut instead of ringing them. Never had a complaint from TM about it.

Well there ya go if your not happy with using the media option try the site help one. :) Like i said Ive been using the media one since i joined up in 2002 never had a complaint from TM so no need to stop using it. Well what im really trying to say is there's no need to use the 0900 number.
