SirHumphreyAppleby:Nothing unusual there. I've had this take over a week and one Amazon package go missing in transit to the local depot. So much for their claims of three days and unpublished policy of five. It should arrive next week.

Well advised!

It arrived today. ePacket is definitely a lot faster overall than AliExpress Standard Shipping currently.

haha, I had almost lost hope for something I ordered at the end of Jan... Apparently it left China on the 2nd of Feb - who know's where it's gone, but apparently its with the local courier today!

Yay. Finally received items (split into 2 parcels) ordered at the end of January.
Both apparently left Schenzen first week of Feb and were delivered within a couple of days of one another. Like everyone else - not sure where they had been for a couple of months - probably in a container awaiting shipment - but happy they have turned up within the allotted 90 days. Welll done AliExpress!

Allotted, but well beyond estimated. I wouldn't be happy with that. We're more a year into this thing. AliExpress should be providing much more realistic estimates for transit times.

Sellers shouldnt be making promises that they cant keep, and Aliexpress need to stop extending things again and again past what the listings had on them.

I've given up on it. Much better service from bang good and gear best and old trusty dx for actually getting things here. Couple of hobbyking things came thru ok as well.

Some thoughts on the various tracking sites/data

On a previous comment I showed chinapost-track.com displayed a future date (23rd March) for "DEPARTED FROM ORIGIN PORT SHENZHEN"

I looked at the UBI site (http://smartparcel.gotoubi.com/) and it shows that date as a "planned depart airport" date. Which explains why it showed the future

(postal.ninja also shows the same UBI site tracking updates)

That day came and went and the chinapost-track site periodically changed it a couple times with a current date stamp (no more Back to the Future dates)

I was wondering where they were getting updates, and decided to check on other tracking sites.

Track24 (track24.net) provided where it came from

So either they are making it up, or it keeps getting sent back to a facility in Shenzhen, because they fail to load it on a place (this is my guess)

BTW the package is 3kg/largish and I paid extra for China Post Air Parcel

I just realised... two months to arrive and I ordered the wrong model of parts for my robot vacuum - about $40 worth. Postage back to China costs $34, which is about what they cost.

If anyone needs filters / brushes / etc for a "Xiaomi MI 1S Robot Vacuum for Roborock S50 S5 S6" drop me a message. I have eight filters, four rollers, etc.

Where can I see on the order what shipping I chose for each item in the order? I have another one that I am pretty sure I set all the items to E parcel and paid for that, but has been sent aliexpress standard shipping. Before I give them 1 star for that, I want to make sure that I did indeed choose e parcel

"View Detail" next to the tracking number (when on the View Orders page)

My last epacket shows as "e邮宝"

That shows what they have shipped it with. I need to find where the options that I chose in the cart are. One of the sellers last time told me that my order was sent the cheap option because I didnt choose e packet on all the items I was buying from them.

I ordered a large server case months ago, keeps getting sent back. They don't seem to like dealing with large objects.

Was really hoping to get that case, as it was half the price on ali

I have a small item with ePacket that AliExpress reported as "Returned" 2 times. Looking at it with 17track, it appears that airline was returning it to the sorting centre. After a couple of weeks, 17track reports "The airline departs" so hopefully it has finally left China.

Last week I received two packages that I had ordered back in October last year and for which I've already received refunds for. Shipping time five months...
