Item I ordered on March 30 just arrived today. Parcel is about half a meter long. Great service overall.
Arrived before the Baseus Type-C cable I ordered on March 13.

Don't know where I saw it, but someone recommended choosing ePacket shipping whenever possible. Could be the reason why the larger item arrived before its estimated timeframe?

"ePacket is a global courier service that has made possible faster deliveries from countries like China, Hong Kong, and Korea to the U.S. ecommerce sellers - the biggest winners from this new shipping option, who previously had to wait weeks to receive their wholesale shipments or retail orders."

Hello world. This thread would be useful if posters told us about what type of postage / courier they selected and then how long delivery took. Naming the seller would also be of interest. If we really wanted to understand what was happening and to assist future purchases something like a shared google doc spreadsheet would really help.

Ordered via AliExpress Standard Shipping on 16th March, and appears to have an NZ Post friendly Track Code starting 91.

Most trackers don't have recent updates, but track24.net shows it as being in country as of the 16th April, but no updates since then.

A previous order had similar progress, but then updated to show it was actually in OZ en-route to NZ, and then it took another 10 days before it was actually delivered. I really could do with these items for the long weekend so fingers crossed.

Gor a bunch of deliveries last week - probably around 1-1.5 months on Aliexpress standard shipping. These are small packets.

Not necessarily. He should be able to track it by nz post now. Can take 2-3 working days to get the item once it get's to your local distribution center.

You could even ring nz post and ask them how far away and to confirm that it's going to your address (they can't tell you the delivery address, but they can tell you if there's something dodgy happening)

I ordered a large server case months ago, keeps getting sent back. They don't seem to like dealing with large objects.

Was really hoping to get that case, as it was half the price on ali

I have a small item with ePacket that AliExpress reported as "Returned" 2 times. Looking at it with 17track, it appears that airline was returning it to the sorting centre. After a couple of weeks, 17track reports "The airline departs" so hopefully it has finally left China.

Yea that's case hasn't showed up, place a dispute with aliexpress.

I order a fair bit of case fan cables, 10 at a time, that are $1.68 for 80cm cables. In NZ for similar quality are $10 for 30cm cables. (which I'd have to use 2-3 cables instead of 1 cable) save hundreds of dollars ordering from ali. So I'm willing to wait 2 month to save me a few hundred.

I chose the ePacket shipping this time to see if that persons comment was right. Ordered last week, Thursday.

Is there a street in Albany with the same name as yours?

I have a matching name street in Browns Bay,  I am in Pukekohe.

So far items have been sorted and I do receive them eventually.
