Noel Leeming's website just decided to give me one of those "do you need assistance?" support bot thingies... right after I submitted/completed an order. Of course I don't need assistance!

Although if you could add your Whakatane location to the Store Locator that'd be a bonus...

It's there under "Rotorua / East Coast". ;-)

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

...well I suppose it's better than Southland!

Never mind that Rotorua is part of the BOP too. Maybe they didn't want an East Coast category with a single location in it tongue-out

Journalism in this country. Some woman who appeared in a single episode of Shorty Street back in 2006 is referred to as "Shortland Street actor Tania Ellwood." These dorks will clutch at any straws they can.

People, in a shared work environment, who don't consider whether their personal habits affect others.

I have someone sitting behind me who is clearly suffering from hay fever or some allergy. She is constantly sniffing. I find it revolting to be constantly hearing these wet sniffs. About to go downstairs and purchase a box of tissues to put on her desk...

Geektastic:

That my dog died yesterday.

Edit - that really isn't small to me (at all), but amongst other emotions it certainly annoys me, principally that I could do nothing to prevent it.

Ah bugger. Dogs are so non judgmental and so loyal. You can always rely on a dog to cheer you up. Hope you get over it soon.

When your "in stock" order hasn't been dispatched after six days. Amazon's usually better than this so I wonder what's going on!

Hmm... this did eventually get dispatched... and arrived in three days. There is no sender address on the package but I suspect that Amazon may have shipped it to Australia, then given me the shipping notice, and then sent it from there.

It gets worse. She didn't even appear. She was cast as an extra (or minor role I've seen it called too) for a single episode and didn't turn up so they replaced her.

This whole saga has all the hallmarks of a couple of junkies ODing.

Collecting for a well-known charity today. A lot of people simply don't carry cash any more. Has this charity done anything in light of this fact? No. It's cash only.

As a plumber - Pedestal basins are both smaller than other basins, and annoying to install.

Convolvulus....

Sneaks into my place under the neighbours fence...

Used to spray it with Weed Weapon, very effective and hopefully systemic...

Now I just pull on a long vine until it breaks and throw it back over the fence...

I was thinking of putting this issue under Networking :-)

My first ever AM radio network connection was with a 1MHz AM crystal(OA91) radio receiver.
