Are people having problems getting it delivered within the stated time, or that the parcel is being artificially slowed down? I can see why they would slow down delivery, and it would be because the buyer may have timed it so they will be home to receive the parcel. If it arrives early, they may be away on holiday etc.

freitasm: What's the problem? If the parcel is being delivered within the time estimated, nothing wrong? Some companies (DHL and FedEx included) do a "pre-clearance" by arranging all documentation to be sent beforehand to customs so when it lands it's cleared.
Perhaps iParcel sends the documentation to customs and changes the status of the parcel to "waiting customs" when the parcel is still over the pacific or being packaged, or whatever.
