networkn: Well I got powerade sachets, which expired 2 weeks ago. In chat with them now, maybe they will send me out something else.

Refunded due to dispatch error. Reading online, seems safe enough to use..

Won't be doing that again!

Same exact thing here. Enough to make 12L of the 'crap'. Thought my eyes were playing up. Aren't they meant to tell you if you would get something expired/past use by date?
Any luck with chat agent?

Yup they refunded me. I'm still gonna use them. Not sure on the value though.

Other than the fact they were expired, it's not too bad, as I play squash and this will be useful for the during...

Not sure on the value? You got it for free! Surely it's a best before not a use by date though? And you did buy a bag of "crap", what's crappier than expired food?

If they are selling products that are beyond the best before date, I would expect that they would need to advertise that. Best before can usually be consumed after the date, depending on the food, but it is at it's best before then. So after the expiry date it may not taste as good. That differs from expiry dates, where the food shouldn't be consumed.

wakaridnnz: Last time I got a fox snapback cap, so I sort of broke even.

And this time a small USB desktop fan. Steel blades and a wee off/on switch on the back, I like it!

Have had 2 out of 5 arrive so far (both women's). First one was a box of Rebel Chocolate Bars (24 x 40 g) which the wife tells me tastes like a Moro. Second package contained a bag of "oiled smiley face" lollies 2kg (made in China, Expiry end of April 2014) which will be finding a home in a charity bin and a 6 pack of Asian Laksa Cup-o-Soup (the type that come in a Styrofoam cup, Expiry May 2015) which will come in handy for lunches. All in all quite happy so far. 3 more to come.

I guess you have to ask yourself (and I have asked myself too in the past) would you have purchased that stuff had you known what you were buying?  Chances are that the answer is no...

2011 Rugby World Cup All Blacks Supporters Pack.

Now I can relive those memories of never watching rugby while wearing my temporary tattoos, scarf and dog tags before packing them all away again in the provided bin liner.

Which makes it a piece of marketing genius.  1-day obviously have stock-loads of crap that no-one wants, they advertise it as such, and year-after-year people keep buying it and the company makes money.  (Although I do suspect the popularity has waned somewhat.)

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?
