Somewhat misleading headline, but fingers crossed the deal goes through.

Well the big if is if Bezos really is personally invested in the show - if he is then it is almost guaranteed. Big egos + all the money in the world burning a whole in his pocket. Picking this up would be chump change for him.

And he does seem to rather like spaceships.

When he introduced the Kindle Fire, Leviathan Wakes was the book on it in the demo.

It’s good news, the show is a far better match for a streaming provider.

It will be interesting to see what the story is with the international streaming rights moving forward. I didn’t see it mentioned whether the new deal was just for US or international.

Almost certainly Amazon will hold full international streaming rights.
