Was it DHL Express or Ecommerce? DHL Express should've had a 3-4 day deadline for packages to New Zealand from the US.

Parcel sent from Amazon US to here on 13th Aug, Arrived 19th via Hawaii and Sydney. That was UPS and Aramex.

 

Parcel sent from US to here on 31st Jul. Its now got as far as Hamilton. Thats DHL Ecommerce and NZ post.

 

Such is life.

DHL eCommerce Package

 

  • 31/7 - Left Ft Lauderdale, FL
  • 7/8 - Arrived Avenel, NJ
  • 8/8 and 11/8 - Processed in Avenel, NJ both days. 
  • 17/8 - Arrived Elk Grove Village, IL
  • 19/8 - Processed again in Elk Grove Village, IL

Package still MIA.
