Portable tyre air compressor

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003384483639.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.21ef1802vLVu4M

Surprised that Ali was able to send this given how large the battery is inside.    Looking at the shipping label it looked like it was part of consolidated shipment to NZ and then repackaged locally.

Useful to have in the car to check type pressures and inflate rather than having to do the local petrol station.

Looks handy did you try it out ??

I've noticed this a lot recently, in fact I was going to post it to the things-that-annoy-you thread, the fact that a number of shipments over the last month have gone into consolidation, meaning no tracking or updates, or in some cases even notification that consolidation has occurred, until they drop out the other end a month or more later. I've had this from the US, China, and Europe, so it's not just Cainiao saving money. You lose any track of the shipment until you get an odd locally-sent package weeks or months later.

Not quite. It seemed fully charged and I pressed the pump button and it made a loud noise that you would expect from a pump. Will try tomorrow :-) The car does need the tyre pressure checked.

These screws to put plywood onto the ends of my metal shelves. Look a hell of a lot better than anything from bunnings in self drilling.

But I cocked up and got them too short so am ordering longer ones.

Also got some sex bolts from the same seller to try attaching my warehouse wooden shelving sets to each other as they all sit at slightly different angles with gaps between them.

When ikea get here they will all get replaced with billy ones so no loss if I screw them up massivly.

and some 1/4-20 heat stake inserts to try putting into 3d prints so they can go onto a tripod mount.

Got some gym shorts. Prefer stretch 70s style in something not black or dark blue since that's all you can buy as a bloke in shops. Probs too short for most but I don't give a shit myself and they're comfy and in various colours.

Did any hetersexual male ever buy those for themselves, rather than having them bought by a partner? They're essentially hot pants for men...

I'll share what will never be arriving in my mailbox from AliExpress, despite their multiple attempts to sell this to me (my fault - had to click on the link when they first sent it; just too weird not to).

Took a long time for AliExpress to stop recommending sex toys after shopping for nipples (the threaded sort).

The text may say whitening creme but the picture says, um, unrealistic male enhancement products.

Yeah, that's what I saw initially too!

But if you dare to click on the link and view the same image it does become apparent it's two legs combined as opposed to a third leg, if that makes sense. IDK if that was chosen deliberately (WTH is up with that hunk of meat?), but any other image from that listing would have been better as the primary image, eg:.

It's always fun to type amusing searches into people's computers when they're unattended.

That picture is an amazing example of seeing what you want to see.

This seems to be the least inappropriate place for this, looks like the rather good quality Gophert 160x power supplies are back again after disappearing for a year or two. Apart from the lack of active PFC they're impressive for the price, minimal switching noise, no overshoot (except for a small amount of current in CC mode from the output caps), and just generally good performance.

(The E models have active PFC but there's no E version of the 160x yet, only the older and less good 320x).
