Eva Marie Saint made it to 100 fairly recently. You know, she of North by Northwest, made in 1959.

A good deal.
I'm already with Mercury for power (Hamilton). Called them up to see what they could offer me in terms of broadband, as my $70/month Slingshot plan is coming to an end soon. Lo and behold, first six months free then $91/month for next six months. Not bad.
That I'm done with my smart home automation. π
Yes, I know, you can always add some nonsense and then it will never be finished, but I have deliberately limited myself to as few basic functions as possible, but as many as necessary, which should ensure smart resource/consumption optimisation, plant watering, autonomy and monitoring during our absence, i.e. no unnecessary comfort gimmicks (and NO RGB! π Apart from a lamp in the hallway that flashes red instead of white when the system needs attention or something can‘t be armed.) For design reasons, we want hidden technology that works in the background.

Getting a random message from FEDEX on Messenger, with details of a delivery from a person I don't know in Texas.
Thinking, "this stinks of a scam", I went to the FEDEX website (typing it in on a separate device) and entered the consignment number, only to find it's a parcel I had forgotten I would be receiving (a prize pack) and that the reason I don;t know the person who is sending it is because she's an employee of said company.
So that's a very welcome surprise.

Going to the deli where I source cheeses and dry goods, asking if they had a specific type of cheese (provolone) that I couldn't find in the fridge, and the owner bringing one from the storage, cutting a big chunk and giving to me saying "you don't need to pay, it's yours."

By crikey!
You must be a very regular customer of said deli, Mr Freitas!

I predict a Philly Cheesesteak in your future :)
Tinkerisk: That I'm done with my smart home automation. π
Did you remember to add haunted-house features so, if you you're not around to reset things at least once a month, lights mysteriously switch on and off at random houses, doors open and close, HVAC runs and stops, etc? You've got to keep things interesting for your successors.
