Went to watch my youngest son graduate last night.

If anyone is looking for a new Film and Television Production graduate, who is willing to do anything at all, just let me know...I may know someone.

There appeared to be no other discernible activity (no light, no fan running) so I'm hoping the magnetron stayed off as well, but I'll let the GZ community know if I mutate in any way.😁

Receiving a random message out of the blue from a cousin overseas that I'd largely lost touch with - then being added to the global "cousins chat" on Whatsapp so I can reconnect with my (quite large) family.

There's any number of clown shows in that forum. It's a toxic mess.

We either manage the subforum or completely ban political discussion. The way it is now means it's not in the front view, and people can still discuss politics. The alternative would be a lot messier—imagine banning political discussion altogether and constantly warning people for their political comments in the Off-topic subforum.

I think the way it's being managed is great. It lets me avoid the mess (other than the occasional doom scroll) and enjoy the rest of the site.

Finding a way to disable Youtube shorts - such a soul-destroying time-sink.

Yes, I know having self control would be better. But this works.
