Yep, but such terms are only meaningful if they're actually policed, and as per my last post TM didn't even bother contacting me after any of the complaints I made - all of which included reporting the seller was using my photos without permission.  

 

I imagine if the complaint had been from a commercial organisation or one of their bigger sellers it may have been taken seriously, but it's clear to me they have no interest in managing such complaints from/problems with lower-level TM users.

That bag of carrots you bought for $3 at the supermarket... the farmer will be lucky if he received $1.
