I hope I’m replying correctly. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I’m not a computer geek, but I am a curious person who has spent much of my lifetime trying to find answers to things. What I found when researching this, may be relevant to a recent deterioration in services.
In 2016 Dubai-based logistics group Aramex snapped up New Zealand-based Fastway Couriers in a $NZ125 million ($117 million)
GeoPost S.A, the parent company of DPD Group, the largest parcel delivery network in Europe, acquired 24.9% of Aramex's shares, increasing to 28% in 2022.

Geopost (formerly DPDgroup) is an international parcel delivery service for sorter compatible parcels based in Issy les Moulineaux, France.
So Aramex and DPD and Geopost S.A. are related.
It’s fair to ask why shipments from Australia and the the US (California) (which have Pacific coastlines) are being managed by a European country which has an Atlantic coastline. New Zealand is in the Pacific. Are these items being carted around the world in container ships? Is this why the tracking effectively disappears at the Amazon site, once DPD (or its unknown subsidiaries) get involved?
👉🏼 Can someone please tell me how to attach an image, so I can show the tracking disappear once it goes to DPD?

Questions for forum members:
- Are you or your family having problems with non-delivery of all or part of your orders from Amazon to New Zealand?
- If so, who is the main carrier?
- Were the items valuable (over $200 NZ)
- Is there any indication the parcel you received was previously opened or re-packaged?
- Was your problem resolved?
Aramex are a major problem in the chain from Amazon and as I said in my earlier post; it took a while to get my hard drives which were over $1000, but they did eventually arrive after a lot of chasing up.
I also buy items from Temu and I always worry that I won't receive my items when Aramex is the courier. When they do arrive, they get stuffed in the mail box.
