Something about ginger cats in early evening sun that's just magical. This is our Fifi.

And here's the latest photo of Lucy, the puppy photos of whom I posted earlier in this thread. Are there any other mad people out there who make cakes for their dogs' birthdays? We do this for every one of our dogs!

We just give our dogs nice dinner and treats... I don't think cream is good for the dogs, unless someone know how to bake or where to get dog-friendly cakes.

A bit of cream and yoghurt (a cup in total) a year is hardly going to do a 50 kg dog any harm. It's all about moderation.

We make all our doggie cakes and they're all dog-friendly. The cake is liver or tuna cake, the icing is cream cheese coloured with natural stuff, e.g. pumpkin, peas, tumeric, etc. We alternate their cake between baked ones and aspic-style cakes. Quite fun to do actually. Plenty of resources on such things out there.

Had 4 cats before me and my ex split up - fortunately we still get on great and our 2 favourite cats each didn't overlap and were themselves natural dyads...

My two... this was quite a while ago... Tauren (the moggy on left) is now a HUGE boy and Nif (Burmese is still slim and athletic)

Zaph, a boy burmese - Yes, I am paying attention...

Senna - The youngest burmese... Named as such because as a kitten when she came to a stop while running on carpet she would stop so fast her back legs came off the ground - as if she ran into a brick wall!

Nif prowling around - she's my favourite...

All of them together...

Cheers - N

This is Hazel!

I never got to post in this thread when it was first created, but now I do!  My girlfriend found a cat in the dog poo bin at the dog park near MOTAT (Aviation side).  Someone had dumped her that day it seemed.  Hazel was only 4 weeks old at the time of discovery.  My girlfriend wrapped her up in a towel, bathed and fed her.  It's officially growing up as the family cat and instead of 3 days in a dog bin, it will have 10+ years of living with us.

Will post stills later, if I can find them back.

Ok, this isn't actually a pet of mine, but a large stick insect that I found on our dining room curtains one time:
