This would defintely be going into the in-laws to replace their current dog of a sat set-top box, it's so hideously slow to use. This would be some welcome relief.

This would augment my existing mythtv setup by providing services to my one room with no netowrk connection, but a sat feed.

It excites me because it is android and extensible, particularly looking forward to playing with XBMC on it.

I'd use this to replace our DishTV box and Netgear Neo TV box - it would be great to have one box to take care of the TV and DNLA media side of things in our house.

This would be replacing a Transonic Freeview Satellite receiver which has a really poor interface.  I really like how this is a 4 in 1 device with the functionality of a Satellite Receiver, PVR, Media Player & Android PC.

This would be great as I currently have no ability to record (don't have a PVR). Cool that it runs on Android too!

Disconnected Sky a couple months ago in favour of using the rental fee to pay for Ultra Fibre.  This would replace Tivo in the lounge which would move to the bedroom TV as it currently has no freeview input.

It would use it to replace my USB DVD player.

Looks interesting. I would use it as a recorder from the sattelite stream as an alternative to DVB-T Freeview.

it will be replacing my old satellite receiver that does not have much functions at all, what excites me is that it is a android device and here is a shot of my current set-up.

This would replace the useless installer who twice called to say he was coming back to finish the cabling job to connect up all our TV's, but never did show up again!  It would allow us to have it on the TV in the study which would then be independant of the Sky setup.

This would be perfect for the room it is going in with the media player and PVR!!

Since my series 2 Tivo gave up the ghost with hardware problems about 2 years ago I have been unable to record from my FreeView. We live in a valley with no terrestrial signal so are forced to use Satellite - perfect for this little device. If the Android operating system is half as good as my Nexus 4 I will be in geek heaven

I will replace - an old HDT HSS-760-A FreeView satellite receiver.
