but it must be said…

it’s only the finished goods side of the business that are being sold….thus leaving procurement and manufacturing of bulk materials so they can be on sold to manufacturers who want to produce xx dairy goods with xx brand names.

you might find, any existing factories would then become “contract manufacturers” maybe, so not tied to just one brand of finished goods.
