Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.
MikeB4: Received a parcel today delivered by NZ Couriers. Clearly stated in large bold letter "Must leave at front door". The parcel was left by our mail box which is over 50 meters and unsighted from our home. Courier Post always leave deliveries by our front door.
Looking at this post and many previous in this thread of the same ilk, physical distancing is a skill that many couriers have perfected after years of practice.
Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.
nzkiwiman:
I purchased two essential items on Trademe last week; shipped from Auckland on the same day
Courier Post delivered on Monday; Fastway still has the parcel ..
Tracked it just as I was leaving the office today, has been in Dunedin since Monday .. on delivery twice but not delivered to work. Finally changed to at depot.
Called, left a message - got a call back quickly "sorry, assumed business was closed"
Ah no, just the main front door is - and they have a key to get in
Picked up the parcel just before 4.30pm
Shock dosing our Spa pool this morning I drop the Shock dose powder and naturally it all spills out over the paving which is wet from rain so I can't sweep it it up. I grab the hose only to remember that the head unit needed replacing so I grab the new one from the garage. So starting to replace the head unit I forgot I had turned the hose on, I start to pull the head off and I swear a million litres of water came out all over me. I turn the hose off put the new head on, clean up the mess, and start to go inside to change my clothes and slip over on the wet paving and doing a number on my back and now have hot pins and needles down my legs. Welcome to Covid Level 3. Tuesday 28 April I hate you.

MikeB4:I'd recommend moving back to Level 4 for the foreseeable future...it seems to have been better for you.

Jehovah Witnesses who have resorted to cold calling on the phone since they cant go door to door. Got one this morning from a mobile number asking if they could read me a scripture.
Common sense is not as common as you think.

We've had them phone too! SO was too polite to them, I wouldn't have been if I had answered the phone.
Must have been dobbed in for door knocking (They were door knocking around here!) even during the Level 3 lock down, and changed tactic?
Say yes I'd love to hear your reading then just leave the phone.

the Warehouse online delivery service is a mess. I ordered some winter clothes and paid the $5.00 for delivery and it was overnight, fine. Untill you get a Email saying they have to break up your parcel into 3 separate ones and they are now economy and will take 3-5 days for delivery, not what i ordered or wanted.

When people reschedule meetings in Outlook by deleting the old appointment (therefore losing any notes I've manually added to it) and sending a new one for the new time, instead of updating the time on the existing appointment.
Posters who don't check their post for readability before posting. A couple of spelling errors and cut n paste remnants can turn your well reasoned post into a mess that looks like the output of a novice programmers response to a Turing test.
Most of the posters in this thread are just like chimpanzees on MDMA, full of feelings of bonhomie, joy, and optimism. Fred99 8/4/21
