Am going through a Talk Talk It's My Life phase at the moment.

Ode To Joy - Beethoven's symphony #9, quite possibly the single greatest piece of music ever written.

Popular music - well that belongs to Prince & his epic tale of '90's America - Sign O' The Times.

Megabyte - so geek it megahertz

Tough one to answer really... have many favs across many diff genres.

But one I always enjoy is Adagio for Strings.

Bit odd for someone who goes to rock concerts etc but thats me ;)

Might be wrong here, but as far as band's go on this thread, songs by Pink Floyd seem to mentioned more often than other bands.

Entirely justified!

Rachmaninoff Sonata for Piano and  Cello Third Movement.

One of the most achingly romantic pieces I have ever heard. And unlike many piano/cello sonatas, the two instruments share equal prominence, pehaps because Rachmaninoff was a brilliant pianist.

I like this performance.
