I use skype or mobile the most, with landlines coming up a distant third. I would certainly have a look at Time To Call, but not being an iTunes users it would mostly just be curiosity... that being said if I had an iPad that might just change.
I've attached a picture of my mobile... a Palm Pre. Very much looking forward to HP bringing more webOS goodness to NZ, and would very much like to get my hands on an HP Pre3 with built in Skype functionality.
So many ways.... Still landline for local stuff, but working between Skype and Google Talk for almost everything else, particularly those video calls overseas. Facetime will be the next to try, but not none that useful with an ipad 1. At work it is dedicated hardware VC equipment, but drifting to the desktop with Skopia on the KAREN goodness.
I currently use the HTC Sensation on 2degrees. I make very few calls at all throughout the month, usually a reminder to the girlfriend to pick-up milk on the way home, or weekly call to the mother in Dunedin. I still have a land line but it's only use is harassing telemarketers when they make the mistake of calling my house.
I have taken a look at Time to Call, the rates around the world are fair. If I was to win I would definitely be taking a real close look at this service.
Mobile for day-to-day VoIP for work, home, and everything else. Naked DSL at home, with VoIP Skype also, for things like the kids talking to Grandparents overseas.
Basically, anything BUT a traditional POTS/Landline .

Call me old fashioned but I use a landline to make phone calls. Fancy that! We have terrible cell phone coverage in our house and if you do answer a call on your cellphone it pays to grab it fast and crouch down as for some reason the coverage seems stronger down low and whatever you do DON'T start wandering around your house or you'll lose the connection for sure!
When people ring me, they seem to ring my home number(landline) when I am at work, dont they know I have a job?)
Most calls I make are from my 3½ year old w531. The W531 went for a swim in the sea a week after I got it and its still working, although telecom tell me next year sometime it wont work anymore and i'll have to find a new way. Time to call will certainly be looked at with my new ipad2 when you send it to me
