Lastpass fixing their gmail sign in bug.

I don't like the trend for websites to use different forms/pages to capture username and password.

Geektastic:

Not sure whether this makes me smile or annoyed - maybe both!

I got a refund from Amazon because the import duties on something I sent to one of my brothers in Canada were lower than estimated.

Advice please, on what to spend my 5 cents on.

Is that US, Canadian, or NZ cents?

Its how single sign on works. They dont know if you authenticate somewhere else till they have the user ID.

In the late-1950s when I was a little kid, we used to get a shilling (10 cents) to go to the kids’ matinee movies in the Plimmerton Pavillion on a Saturday afternoon. Shilling was 12 pence - and we had 9d for the movie ticket and 3d (2-1/2 cents) to spend on lollies. Could get a lot of lollies for thruppence back in the day.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

My daughter graduating today with a Master of Management degree......with distinction.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

Handle9: The crusaders new logo. It's very phallic.

Oh good lord.  Touching noses is a hongi, so that's surely a dongi.

The new logo – The Tohu – is shaped by the natural landscape in the Crusaders region, stretching from the top of the "Southern Alps to the depths of our moana", the Crusaders said in a statement.

I'm not seeing the landscape in that, and doubt I ever will.

It is truly superb. The overall outline of the logo and the words are equally impressive.

They really are the big swinging dicks of New Zealand rugby.
