Having spam on WhatsApp that can't be deleted even after being blocked - because of something wrong in their systems?

The Great Wall of China being built at the Chinese Consulate has completely fallen over onto the footpath this afternoon!

While taking a photo, was told by a Consulate member that I could not take any photos of it! (I took one of course!)

(I was on the other side of the road)

Lucky no-one was on that section of the footpath at the time!

Was "completed" without reinforcing or infill concrete for over two weeks!

Not actually annoying, just surprised because I have never been asked for age verification when buying turps at Countdown before. Was tempted to flash my Gold Card, but staff member took one look at me and approved transaction 😀

When you buy a HDMI cable that supposedly supports 4K 120 MHz, use for two months and the TV starts switching resolution, flashing green screens and you nail down to the cable that worked fine until now. Replaced with an old cable and TV still operating in 4K HDR+ mode.

I was just wondering...did they use NZ contractors or build it themselves? It might not be so hilarious if the former!

People unnecessarily adding irrelevant words to their trademe autions.  There's something specific I have notifications for and there's at least one gimp that keeps using a word I'm searching for.
