After the Christchurch Quakes, we were back to OneNZ. I am from Christchurch, and was probably guilty of being Anti Auckland, but I have now lived in AKL for more time than I was in CHCH. CHCH will always be home.

I can see the NI v SI thing is back now, which is a shame. It's a pity we can't just stick with the OneNZ thing post quakes, it was a much nicer country like that.

It's the same as the ageism that has crept into our society, the anti cyclist thing, the anti Free campers thing, I guess fold need to hate in order to feel better about their lot, I don't know I should ask my son he is the professional for these things.

Overall, I think "isms" are less prevalent in NZ than they were 5 years ago, but it's never going to go away entirely. Everyone descriminates to some level or another.

Ageism is getting worse and racism is very much alive and well along with as anti religion.

Maybe we should all get together and complain about the morals of young people.

The fact that I can find not a single USB-A to USB-A cable in a house full of gadgets. USB-A to everything else but zero USB-A to itself!

I hear that so often. I have a gazillion USB cables and never the right on at any given time. Even if did have the right one it will still need to turned 3 times before it will go in.

Now there's something surely we can all agree on...just how bl00dy annoying the USB shuffle is. In this way, no that way, no it must have been that other way, no wait...that's it! Gaah...doesn't work. Must be broken.

Ageism, racism, sexism are all bad because you are who you are and can't change it.

Religion? Nah. It's a belief system.

You don't have to believe in a religion and there is no excuse for prejudice and anti religious activity. Tolerance to anti religious behaviour has resulted in disasters throughout history

I think you will find out most anti-religious behaviour was anchored in racism.

I think religious behaviour is probably responsible for at least as much intolerance as anti-religious behaviour.

That does not excuse it or make ok. Anti religious behaviour is wrong. Freedom of religion is a human right.

People have a right to be stupid in any way they like. They don't have a right to make others suffer from their stupidity.

Since, with the evidence pointing to the fallacy of religious belief, and the necessity of proselytisation and conversion of non-believers to sustain these types of cults in the face of sharply declining membership, it is necessary to help those likely to be swayed by engaging in anti-religious behaviour.

Freedom of non-religion is a human right.
