The bridge did get raised by 8 inches and is now the 11ft 8+8 bridge. It hasn't stopped trucks running into the guard beam.

Not the usual 'epic' clip for this thread, but it is epic.

A good Youtube channel about astrophysics.

Even a young teen should be able to follow her discussions.

Very little math.

Or guns.

According to the poster, it's an AR-15. Probably shooting an NATO 5.56 mm round. The ammo website he posted indicates the best price is NZ $1.04 per shot. I suspect most retail prices to be about NZ $1.50 / shot.

So yeah expensive.

30 years ago in the deep south of America I would periodically go to an unlicensed shooting range.

Some redneck would pull out a fully automatic M16 rifle and shoot a 30 round clip in 20 seconds.

The cost was more or less than $1 / shot back then also.

It was a gunning equivalent of a parking lot tire burnout.

At least this guy has some musical talent.

I generally dislike auto-tuners, but in this case I'll make an exception!

Before I get an angry virtue signaling post, I love Cab Calloway, and he's on my favorite music list.

In the 1930's and 1940's his shows had audiences of all races. He had shows with Duke Ellington and Louis Armstrong, who are also great Jazz musicians.

He helped get the whole integration ball rolling in the US in the 1930's.
