Season two of Westworld, very much enjoyed it, 9/10, the show is incredibly polished.

Is Westworld a sort of new version of the old fantasy island ??

afe66: Currently watching Vietnam by Ken Burns. 8+/10

He's done a number of very interesting historical documentaries.

It's on both Sky History and Netflix.

Watching on Netflix so is higher quality image and no ads.

(Documentaries on American Civil War, Prohibition, WW1 also very good)

Thats the same one as on TVNZ, no?   The Vietnam War.

Yeah, it looks like the same one.  TVNZ started showing it in October last year.  And promoted it quite heavily although it never broke into its top 10 shows (or rated a mention).

Interesting that it was shown here last year.

I read the reviews on NYT and was waiting eagerly.

I never thought to look to see if it was on free to air and didnt seen it advertised either.

I think I am getting a much better watching experience for waiting til now for an ad free version

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

Not sure if it belongs in politics, or the TV thread.

But I watched ep 1 of "Who Is America?" last night. Sasha Baron Cohen in disguise interviewing prominent politicians and lobbyists. Truly terrifying.

Neon.

I just finished the second series of The Affair on Neon.  It was excellent and a reminder that Affairs can cause problems :)  Note to self...
