The jab was in the top of arm. He took my temperature, blood pressure and had a listen to my chest. These were all good.

Good to hear Mike. I hope that goes a little way towards lowering the stress or worry levels in your life / household.

It does indeed. Talking to my GP was a big help. He said he is going to ring me weekly to see how things are going. He does ring me if he has not seen me for a while.

Whilst getting my flu shot today, in the clinic and done by a nurse, I had another nurse impatiently accessing a fridge next to us in the same room and literally pushing me and knocking me towards the nurse giving me the shot, as the needle went in. So much for 2m distance.

I said nothing and just smiled, considering the pressure they're under. Hope she didn't have the virus on her PPE, though.

I had to smile. If I didn't, I'd have been rather loud. You can smile and bite your tongue, as it turns out.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Watching my boys beat boredom by using some carpet offcuts and an old skateboard deck on the slightly sloping back yard to make a pesudo-snowboard track.

Best 3.5 minutes of the week! (They got bored pretty quickly then beat the living sh!t out of each other, but the first bit made me smile).

Apparently mind-control tracking chips designed by Bill Gates that are controlled by the 5G networks that are being installed by stealth while everyone is under the lockdown that was faked up for the purpose.

Apparently.

If so many people weren't taking this crap seriously, I would smile more about it...

Received a couple of paintings we bought a while ago from Il Postino this morning.

Took great pleasure in hanging them today to change the view a bit.

What's making me smile? Knowing with certainty the following (as I have been on the internet a lot more lately):

  • The Earth is indisputably flat
  • The Earth is round
  • 5G causes Coronavirus
  • Donald Trump is an alien
  • Mexico will end up paying to build the wall, as they try to keep the USA citizens out with their filthy diseases
  • It's really tough to live "in your bubble" if you're a Premier League player on a 30% pay cut due to the common folk raising a fuss
  • We need to eat more bacon for the sake of the economy
  • Working from home will keep me safe from not only CV-19, but also the Mexicans

This makes me laugh.

I am spending the vast majority of my days on Video calls and the link sums it up perfectly!

Very clever. I wonder about their non-virtual social distancing, though.

Showed this to my wife. She so related to it as she seem to be spending a big chunk of the day on conference calls right now.
