& round we go again ➰➰➰
Time for an email to executive dot complaints at nzpost dot co dot nz
This supposedly goes to their senior management team.
If they actually want to fix problems and improve their service then this team needs to know.

When I have had this in the past it was blamed on reusing something with an exposed barcode from a previous shipment that had a destination associated with it.
Surely there must be a check in their system to go "hmm, actually this is the sixth time we've scanned in the depot - maybe something isn't right". Couldn't a competitor just send a couple hundred shipments in with different labels on them to just jam up the system with nonsense packages? How strange.

No response at all from 'executive dot complaints at nzpost dot co dot nz' since Monday. Looks like those emails actually go to /dev/null
Box 2 got separated and is now back in Christchurch.

Whilst the stop order that NZ Post Customer Support placed on Box 1 has the box stuck (permanently) at Mt. Roskill.

Please keep this GZ community vibrant by contributing in a constructive & respectful manner.

I can confirm based upon both past and recent experience that they do answer, however they are sometimes slow to do so which is indicative of their deteriorating attitude towards customers.
If you don't receive a response, I would recommend chasing them - they are after all a State Owned Enterprise and are ultimately answerable to taxpayers.
