My Current System is an ADT system with monitoring
Nokia 7 Plus
Nexus 6P 32Gb
Nexus 6 Phone
Nexus 5 Phone
Nexus 7 2013 Tablet
Samsung TAB A 8"
Samsung TAB A 10"
& many Windows laptops, Desktops etc
I just received my Point, a thing I backed on Kickstarter a while ago. It's a passive monitor of things, like noise, temperature and sound. I'd love to accompany it with picture monitoring too!
Security system is a great community and a single road in and out
Just an elderly, hard-wired DIY system I installed years ago.
Someone has been leaving human poo in our letter box from time to time, so it would be great to actually catch them in the act. Current security system is s 32 year old Chubb system which used to have a key! Although we go it upgraded to a keypad about 10 years ago.
No security yet. Is considering to get one. Heard too many burglary stories.
I just got an E-Mail from Geekzone, with this topic in the subject line.
I thought I won the prize lol
Skipper is our sole security system. He barks a lot when people arrive at the door. He's currently (you may note) nursing an injured toe nail (the duck got away)...
my nightcat never sleeps, hehe
An elderly Bosch alarm which only works in a half arse fashion, a door lock & a cool nosey elderly neighbour who seems more effective than the alarm itself :-)
Yep, time for some cams me thinks.
Wanna know whose nicking all the lemons off the tree!
I have a Paradox MG5050 with a IP150 IP module attached, about 8PIR's and a smoke detector.
The alarm does a number of things other than monitor inside the house.
The Alarm can be controlled via an app on my phone, really handy
I also have an Avigilon CCTV system installed, it looks after a number of cameras about the house.
It's probably overkill, but it was my profession for over 10 years. :-)
