Story of my life....

Your ticket request
Sorry, no exact matches were found, but other tickets may still be available.

Try the following:
Search again Select "Best Available" or "Any Price"
Change the quantity of tickets requested
Double check your promotional code or password, if you used one
At the time of your search, another customer may have been viewing the tickets you want and then decided not to buy them

Keep checking back FYI: New tickets often become available for purchase as the event date nears.

Metclub or my ticketmaster?

I've been trying the my ticketmaster one since 12 with the keyword MAGNETIC and nothing. Tried 1 ticket, tried 4, all areas, both dates, everything.

Nothing...

My understanding is:

The MetClub presales use a unique password that is tied to the members account.  The password MAGNETIC (previous was SANDMAN) was for the PUBLIC My Ticket Master presales.

Thanks, yes I realise that. I was just wondering if the people who still seem to be able to get tickets are getting them via the myticketmaster presale or the metclub presale.

Yep, I just tested with my Metclub presales # and can still purchase 4 more tickets if I had the money too :(
Anyone want to give me their credit card details and I'll get 4 tickets for them??

Just a quick update, got an email from Ticketmaster this morning with the following info in it:

"tickets for this event will not be released for printing until September 1st"

I can't remember reading this anywhere but I might be a bit blind!

For the Wed show, MyTicketmaster says "Your tickets have been printed and couriered to your billing address."

For the Thurs show it says "Your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed"

I suspect they will hold onto them tho. The reason for this is likely you can't sell them if you don't have them in your posession. Trade Me for example won't allow this.

Awesome. That should stop anything appearing on trademe until at least then, anyway.

Issue I may have is I have purchased tickets on behalf of others, who may (understandably) not want to pay me until I can give them a ticket.

I wouldn't buy tickets for anyone who wouldn't pay me just because I don't have the tickets. Where's the trust? You bought them a ticket, but they don't get printed until September and you'll give them the ticket then, what's the problem? Tell them you already had to pay ticketmaster so they have to pay you. If they don't, at least it's only a few months to wait so the cost (e.g. interest) would not be so bad.
