I am relatively sure that the recipe I used a few years ago to make home cooked Hot Cross Buns came from here, but search as I might, I haven't found what I believe to be the right one. I recall fruit peel being in the list of ingredients (which is essential in my view for the classic taste). 

 

 

Looks like Woolworths have fruit peel.

 

And New World and Pak’n Save.

The issue isn't finding fruit peel, the issue is finding the recipe I thought was on GZ for HXB.
