A day with the family on Saturday - I cooked apple pancakes for breakfast, then we went into the Travel Agents and booked flights to Orlando for later in the year.

Saturday night was a social dinner for my wife's work, and then on Sunday I spent all day assisting at a Leaders training course for Scouting.

Got somewhat stuck in the traffic snarl that was the RNZAF 75th Anniversary Air Sham...err Show
at Ohakea.
For something military, it was executed in a less than a military fashion.

What breed?

I completed some scholarship applications and wrote a report on my summer job. Then spent Sunday taking the dog to the beach.

Did some photography at a gig club in Dunedin, first time I've done that sort of thing.
But had a great time! Might look at buying a decent camera (instead of borrowing my dads one).

To be fair I dont think the Air Force had any control outside of the base. We flew up, spent 45 mins in a holding pattern above Himitangi, got in with 4 minutes to spare before they diverted 60 odd aircraft to Feilding and Palmy. The reckoned 70,000 made it there so at least that many didnt I reckon. It was huge.

Edit: Oh you mean the puppy.

Cool dog. Just out of interest. Do you know the name of the plants to the left of the pot? We have some  and they are quite big. They were in the garden when we got here

I wanted to fly down to Ohakea, would of been a great day, but I missed the cutoff to book a slot for civil aircraft flying in.

Lucky I didn't, would of been knackered, my band had a gig in Pukekohe, that did not finish until 1am and in the end went pear shaped!
