Had a search for threads on Podcasts but didn't find one so thought I would start one.
I have only really started listening to podcasts in the last few months so I only subscribe to a few.

Anything goes doesn't have to be tech related.

The ones I listen to are:

NZ Tech Podcast
Discourse
2 Devs from Down under

What do you listen to?

I can't recommend The History of Rome highly enough.

Even if you have never been interested in Roman history this is a great place to start. It is also a heap of fun.

Anything by Scott Sigler also get also get's the nod from me.

Thanks for the recommendations.

I got to thinking and realised that NZ Tech is the only New Zealand focused podcast I listen to, it is awesome by the way. Anybody know of any NZ podcasts out there I am missing? I'm not really bothered by the content.

I used to listen to twig (This Week in Google) but I found the rambling on and on just too much. Similarly for TWIT - they love the sound of their own voices but offer little content.

As an aside I caught Leo Laporte recording TWIT a couple of times in Las Vegas at the CES. That was interesting and of course there he had lots to talk about.

Getting back OT I like hdtvpodcast.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

I listen to the rooster teeth podcast every week. Usually very funny if it's not funny it's interesting.

I also listen to the major Nelson podcast. It's good to find info on games.

I'm into rc cars 'cooking with nitro' is ok.
