So I've been working through the night on a gazillion page tender and have decided to go and wake myself up with some complex carbs.
Its been so long since I had my last fix of McD hotcakes that I can't remember just how bad I probably felt after eating them.  And I've never had BK pancakes before.

Soooo,... what say you?

Boycott fast food. Make your own. If you are in a hurry I guess you could buy a pack from the supermarket, microwave it for a minute and it comes out the same as the McD's rubber hotcakes :-)

BK's ones I found were quite dry and horrible, MCD's all the way!

on a related note I have now moved back to the bacon and egg mcmuffin from the Benedict Bagel.

Bagels had too much of a cardboard consistency and they are usually overzealous with the sauce.

bacon and egg mcmuffin is just the right mix of salty and greasy.

McDonalds - 3 Pancakes, with Whipped Butter and Warmed Syrup + drink in a combo

Burger King - 4 thicker Pancakes, no butter and syrup may be cold + drink and hash brown bites in combo and cheaper.

Maccas all the way.

I'm also a big fan of their hot chocolate.

Yeah BK breakfast is pretty crap. In my distant past I had to work the opening shift there and the eggs are basically frozen squares that you have to microwave. The Hash bites that come in the wrap are usually pretty rubbery as they sit there for up to half an hour too.
