What is the brand & style of wasabi that St Pierre's Sushi use?

It is incredibly incredibly mild compared to some - but that can be an asset on social occasions.

Are you sure it's wasabi? Most of the tube wasabi sold in supermarkets is really horseradish. Real wasabi is very expensive.

Hmm, the st pieres stuff I have had in the past has been savage compared to the sushishop I normally go to (forget the name of it but its on mt eden road just up from the record shop that is closed on mondays)

Wonder if they vary between stores?
