A few months ago, I can vaguely recall reading about a job seeking site which is specifically designed for people who are in ongoing employment, but open to being headhunted by other firms. The idea is that the jobseeker can can discreetly promote themselves to potential employers by listing all of their skills and qualifications, while being in control of who they reveal their actual identity to.

Does anyone recall the name or URL of this site? I'd be really keen to give it a go.
