Super urgently, I require a working 3.3v PCI Graphics Card. (not AGP, not PCI-E).
Prefer 64MB or higher.

Will pay good money.

I think I have a 16MB one lying here. Get a soldering iron out and try to make your own SLI and he's almost 1/2 way there! :-)

Have a look at the Matrox boards, they do a good line of PCI cards, also you can still get various lower end ATI cards, the 9250's and the like.

I'm wondering about the 3.3v though ... that a solid requirement ?  Been ages since I did any system buildign work and can't remember if it 3.3v or 5v thats the most common in PCI

im sure its 5v that is common, and my only option is 3.3v

PCI 3.3v is very rare... and it is very hard to tell unless you check the connectors for pin counts. Unlike AGP 3.3v/5v you could read the connectors notch for different type.

Good luck though.
