WHY is phone line split in a house im redoing electrical in.
it goes to box and comes out as data on one line and phone on separate line why.

That is a master filter which has been put in to split the DSL.

It is essential to deliver the optimum DSL performance.

Don't disconnect it. You'll get significantly worse broadband performance and have to use those stupid filters on every socket.

That splitter is there for a good reason. Removing it will make broadband a lot slower.

DO NOT REMOVE THE SPLITTER.

You do not want to disconnect it.

If you are en electrician doing phone wiring my suggestion would be to find somebody who can upskill you when it comes to phone wiring and teach you some of the basics.

Re-wiring the house with cat5e or cat6 in a proper star wiring config is the best way to go, then you can patch any port to be voice or network at your central point/cabinet

Are you redoing the electrical, OR the electrical and phone cabling?
These days they should be two different things....

I am looking to put MM3200B master filter in my place but am a little confused... My main phone line comes into my unit via cat5e cable (only using bu/wh for the jack point). The splitter has 2 pairs (or/wh and bu/wh). how do I why this? Do I wire the main bu/wh to bu/wh on the splitter and parallel another cable to the phone point? And the orange straight to my adsl point (now this line becomes filtered and other side of the filter is unfiltered?)

Orange/white for the incoming line AND ADSL point in parallel. Blue/white goes to your phone. MM3400A is better and easier to understand though (3 pairs).

The OP is doing 'electrical' work in a house and doesn't know what a master splitter is?
