For anyone who's a Muse fan, I saw this article on NZ Herald announcing that Muse will be touring NZ in the first part of 2013.

Nothing definitive on the Muse website, but it's an encouraging sign...

Encouraging indeed. let's hope they make it to Wellington.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

I've seen Muse live 3 times, they always put on a good show, their first performance still stands head and shoulders above their others. That was at Big day out when Metallica headlined and I felt Muse put on the better show, they had huge light bars controlled by his Piano so the entire screen behind the stage lit up. Great theatricality.
Their few songs from their upcoming album haven't grabbed me but they may take on a different feeling live, slightly concerned by the dubstepification of every band recently, didn't expect Muse to be one of them.

I've seen them live twice - at Big Day Out in 2007 and later that year at Trusts Stadium. Both shows were epic.

I've been quite excited by the songs they've released off the new album. It is different from their previous stuff, but I like their approach and style, I haven't yet found a Muse song I don't like.
