So this Christmas, I decided to get my boyfriend something he can wear, but something I can get engraved to make it a bit more personal.

I went looking around the other day, this gorgeous bracelet matching my requirements (had to be proportionate for his relatively small wrists, had to be manly looking, had to be able to withstand some damage and had to be engravable). The bracelet itself is black and silver coloured, chain like, made with titanium and stainless steel, with a band in the middle which can be engraved on.

The only problem I'm having right now, is what I should get engraved on it. Not something over the top, but something that lets him know how much he means to me or something along those lines.

I assume a lot of you have partners of your own that you've given engraved gifts to. What did you get done on those gifts? More looking for ideas on what is common place as this is a first for me.

Thanks you lot :)
-Sam

My advice is check, check and double check what side of the bracelet they are engraving.  I had an issue many years back with them doing the wrong side :(

Ohhhh yehh thanks for that, I will make sure to double tell her, because one side is black and the other is a sort of silver/grey and wouldn't look too good I think, but the jeweler I spoke to seemed to have her head screwed on but I guess you can't be too careful. Cheers :)
