I guess im not paying enough for my power ...

Cert expired, evil bad etc etc....

Nice lady in CS didnt know who she should relay the info to, Suggested I try again in a week or so and make sure my computer was working ok on other websites ....

Yup already went down that path and contacted the person concerned (different to the one listed above)

I got a rather stunned responce at first, but the fact they soon worked out all their customers who use the site would now be getting an error soon cut through the slience and seems to have started the ball rolling.

My guess totally overlooked, .......

I would just like to be able to login and see my account details. I know they lost most of their IT infrastructure in the Christchurch quake but over two years to get a portal back online?

Easy: put a To Do item in someone's Outlook. And make sure performance reviews have a "Ensured cert renewed this year" in the objectives
