I bought my first item from TreatMe several weeks back, and the estimated delivery time was up to 15 working days (basically 3 weeks).  I was okay with this because it said "up to" and I figured they were just covering their butts in case it took longer than they expected.  However, today marks the 15th working day since I placed my order, and unless by some fluke it's arrived while I've been at work, I suspect it will be longer than 15 days.

If it hasn't, I'll contact the supplier and make inquiries, but I was curious to know whether this is normal for purchases from Treatme, or are the delivery times different for different suppliers?  TBH, 15 working days is a long time to ship something, especially when Threadless and Amazon can send something halfway round the world in a little over a week.  Economies of scale, I know, but 3 weeks seems a bit excessive...

They can be really variable. I got something that said 3 weeks and it turned up two days later. Sometimes they take the advertised time, or longer.

I bet some companies take orders, order overseas themselves, then repackage and send out in NZ.

That's pretty much what I thought.  Thanks.

I don't think they should be selling stuff if they don't have it in stock locally to distribute. I hope they haven't ordered it from china, as they are really slow over this period, stuff can literally take up to 3 months I have found, when you buy from some of these chinese websites.
