im posting here as it has nothing to do with the problem that miss_louie is having.

I agree that some of the staff at DSE stores have there short comings when they have to try and learn thousands of product lines, the same happens in all retail stores. And you do go and get guys/gals that are just useless!!

This also applies to resellers and authorised stockists!

So to generalise and call the guys at DSE "dorks", "salesdroids" and "farktards".

There are alot of good sales people at DSE, and having been into some reseller stores they also have their share of "dorks" too.

If your not happy with the service or advise given to you, you should let their managers know or their H/O. Everyoen seems happy to send letters/emails/phone calls of complaints so telcos yet very few do it to retail stores.

If that doesnt work (it should though) vote with your feet and go elsewhere.

A friend in Wellington was told in a retail cellphone store that her bluetooth would not work in Australia. She was pleasantly surprised that he even noticed her wireless headphones to start with I guess...

Gee Australia... when are you going to enable Bluetooth in your country huh?
